هــٰذا haadhaa ‘this (masc.)’
هــٰذِهِ haadhihi ‘this (fem.)’
ذٰلِكَ dhaalika ‘that (masc.)’
تِلْكَ tilka ‘that (fem.)’
الله ’al-laah ‘God, Allah’
ما maa ‘what’
وَلَد walad ‘boy’
اَلْكُوَيْت ’al-kuwayt ‘Kuwait’
يَد yad ‘hand (fem.)’
لَذيذ ladhiidh ‘delicious’
دُكّان dukkaan ‘shop’
مَكْتَب maktab ‘office’

Note the contrast between these two words you have learned:

ما maa ‘what’
ماء maa´ ‘water’
